Strangulation, Damaged Vehicles Top Bristol Twp. Crimes

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bristol Township Police Department has released its blotter of recent criminal incidents, arresting a man in an assault case involving a strangulation and also reporting on numerous vehicles being damaged.

The criminal incidents are:

Arrest —Feb. 23, 11:56 a.m. Crabtree Drive, Levittown. A 30-year-old Levittown man was arrested on the charges of strangulation, simple assault, and harassment. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Peranteau. Bail was set at $35,000 with 10 percent and the man was released to the Constables.

Arrest —Feb. 23, 12:30 p.m. Bath Road, Bristol. A 42-year-old Bensalem woman was arrested on a local warrant out of Bristol Township. She was processed and arraigned. Bail was set at $35,000 with 10 percent.

Arrest —Feb. 23, 7:05 p.m. Bristol Pike, Croydon. A 20-year-old Levittown man was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Pennsylvania State Police Department. The subject was released to the State Police.

Arrest —Feb. 25, 7:38 p.m. Rockview Drive, Bristol. A 42-year-old Bristol man was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff's Office.

Vandalism —Feb. 24, 6:27 a.m. Holly Drive, Levittown. Sometime overnight, someone damaged two vehicles using rocks. The estimated damage value is $1,000.

Vandalism —Feb. 24, 3:59 p.m. Bath Road, Bristol. Sometime overnight, someone scratched the hood and passenger side rim of a 2017 Nissan. No damage value was given.

Vandalism —Feb. 24, 5 p.m. Ford Road, Bristol. Sometime overnight, someone removed three hub caps and scratched the front passenger door of a 2022 Toyota. No damage value was given.

Vandalism —Feb. 25, 9:50 a.m. Inwood Road, Levittown. Sometime overnight, someone slashed the rear passenger tire of a Chevrolet Tracker. The estimated damage value is $200.
