Strangulation, Thefts Top Bristol Twp. Crimes

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —Several thefts and a strangulation charge are among the criminal incidents the Bristol Township Police Department has reported in its recent blotter.

These are the criminal incidents:

Arrest —March 22, Noon, Bristol Pike. A 41-year-old woman with no fixed address was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff's Office.

Arrest —March 23, Blueridge Drive, Levittown. A 43-year-old Levittown man was charged with strangulation, simple assault, REAP, and harassment. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Gallagher. Bail was set at $70,000 10 percent and he was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Arrest —March 23, Mitchell Road, Levittown. A 21-year-old Levittown man was charged with simple assault, harassment, and criminal mischief. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Douple. Bail was set at $20,000 unsecured.

Theft —March 22, 11:50 a.m. Indian Creek Drive, Levittown. Sometime overnight, a suspect removed several tools from a resident's shed. The estimated value is $550.

Theft —March 22, 4 p.m. Island Road, Levittown. Sometime overnight, a suspect removed a wheel barrel from a resident's shed. No value was given.

Theft —March 23, 4:20 p.m. Iris Road, Levittown. Sometime overnight, a suspect removed items from a resident's shed. The estimated value is $700.

Theft —March 23, 8:25 p.m. Veterans Highway, Bristol. Sometime overnight, a suspect removed a 2024 Honda Odyssey. No value was given.

Theft: Retail —March 23, South Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills. A suspect removed two quilts, passing all points of sale. The estimated value is $90.

Theft —March 24, 8 p.m. Lincoln Street, Croydon. Two suspects removed a bicycle from a front porch. The estimated value is $1,060.
