Teen Critical After 'Vicious Assault' In Bristol Township: Police

A Bristol Township juvenile is in critical condition after a "vicious assault" on Friday evening. The girl's cousin, who lives with her, was found nearby with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
According to Bristol Township Police, the girl's parents returned to their home on Sycamore Avenue shortly after 6:30 p.m. to find her seriously injured. The nature of her injuries are not available at this time, police said, noting she is in currently in critical condition at St. Christopher's Hospital in Philadelphia.
The 19-year-old relative was not there when the girl's parents came home. He was subsequently found on State Road in Bensalem with the self-inflicted wound.

Police are asking for the public's help to gather more information on this incident.
If you live in the area, and have video surveillance, police ask that you check to see if you have any footage of a white male, about 5'7" tall, 150 lbs., making his way through the neighborhood toward State Road between 6:30 a and 7 p.m.
