Three Cheers: Pennsbury High School Squad Vying For State Championship
Pennsbury's co-ed varsity cheer squad took first place at the PIAA District I Competitive Spirit Championship. They will compete in Hershey.

FALLSINGTON, PA —The Pennsbury High School co-ed varsity cheer squad has something to shout about.
The team's "dynamic, technical, and highly energetic routine" took first place at the PIAA District I Competitive Spirit Championship at Central Bucks High School this past weekend, the school district said in a Facebook post. "Congrats to the PIAA District I coed champions."
The win sealed their place at the PIAA Competitive Spirit State Championships in Hershey later this month.

The coaches are: Head Coach Sarah Bartlett (D’Agostino), Assistant Coach Kate Raspanti, Assistant Coach Linda Picciotti, Assistant Coach Allie Argenti, and Strength and Conditioning Coach Leroy Sims.

Charles Boehm, Pennwood, and William Penn middle schools earned a spot in the semi-finals of the Lower Bucks County South Basketball League Middle School Tournament.
Pennwood battles William Penn and Charles Boehm takes on Maple Point. Winners of each game will play for the championship tomorrow at Maple Point.
