Video Footage Leads To Quick ID Of Bucks Co. Robbery Suspect

Less than 24 hours after a crystal clear video surfaced of a Bucks County bank robbery, an arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect.

Police say the images and video led to an arrest warrant for Peter James Harkins III, 40, of Phoenxville.

Police believe Harkins robbed the Santander Bank on Street Road in Bensalem on Tuesday. He is also accused of robbing a Phoenixville Pizza Hut on Oct. 29.

In both incidents, Harkins held his hand inside fabric, implying he had a weapon.

After his images were shared with the public, police said multiple tips led to his identification.
