Woman Jailed For Role In Levittown Pizzeria Robbery, Son Awaiting Trial
One of Robin Lynn Soto's sons died during the attempted robbery at Porfirio's Pizza & Pasta. Her surviving son is awaiting trial.
Two woman have pleaded guilty for their role in an attempted armed robbery last year at a Levittown pizza restaurant which left one person dead.
According to the Bucks County District Attorney's office Robin Lynn Soto, 52, and Chasidy Demi Ramos, 26, admitted they visited Porfirio's Pizza & Pasta to find out how many customers were inside just before the November robbery.
Soto's sons Shawn Rose and Justin Rose were the alleged robbers. Shawn Rose, 24, was killed during the robbery by an armed customer. Justin Rose, 22, was injured.

Soto was sentenced to 18 to 36 months in state prison. She pleaded guilty in Bucks County Common Pleas Court to robbery and conspiracy and agreed to testify truthfully in any future proceedings, authorities.
Ramos was sentenced to serve one day less than one year to one day less than two years in the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
