Caring for others can be meaningful, but it can also feel exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely at times. This weekly circle offers a space to pause, connect, and explore simple tools for stress relief, emotional support, boundaries, and self-care because your well-being matters too. Teens are invited to chat in a fun, informal atmosphere about teen life as part of our Julia's Joy Teen Empowerment Program. Teens are so stressed these days with school, the pressure to be perfect, sports and other responsibilities. We have created a safe group where they can come relax, learn they are not alone, meet new friends and learn Stress Management tips. Each week will have a different discussion topic led by Kassie Simpson who chooses a topic which is relevant to teens today. This group is for ages 14-17.

Kassie Simpson will again be leading our Courageous Kids workshops this summer. The program will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 5 weeks beginning July 7th.
Children will play games, make crafts, and learn about kindness, what to do with feelings, how to handle bullies, and more as part of this youth empowerment program. This program is very similar to our monthly BE ME Kids program, which will not be held in July or August.
