Those caring for the elderly, chronically ill or disabled are welcome to this weekly zoom with Positivity Coach, Christy Smith. Caring for others can be meaningful, but it can also feel exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely at times. This weekly circle offers a space to pause, connect, and explore simple tools for stress relief, emotional support, boundaries, and self-care because your well-being matters too.

Teens are so stressed these days with school, the pressure to be perfect, sports and other responsibilities. We have created a safe group where they can come relax, learn they are not alone, meet new friends and learn Stress Management tips. Each week will have a different discussion topic led by Kassie Simpson who chooses a topic which is relevant to teens today. This group is for ages 14-17.
