Do you think you take great pictures? Do you want to learn how to take even better pictures more consistantly?
The Upper Merion Camera Club, with members from throughout southeastern-Pennsylvania, kicks off their 2012-2013 year this Wednesday evening. The first program of the year will be a, "Critique and Explanation of Competition Judging". This will feature an explaination of what judges generally look for in photo competitions, and actual "critiques" of a variety of images. The club has regular monthly competitions that feature four categories, Nature, Photojournalism, Pictorial, and a new category that was started last year called, "Kreative". The Kreative category encourages members to creatively edit their images using any of the wide variety of photo editing programs that are available. The competition rules will also be reviewed.
