MAXOUT STRENGTH STUDIOS PROMOTES TINA TRAGER TO INTERIM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Trager's New Position Will Prepare Her for the Permanent Role as Director of Franchisee Training and Support for MaxOut Domestic Franchising

As part of MaxOut Strength Studios’ long-term strategy for domestic franchising, the company has announced the promotion of Tina Trager from regional manager to interim business development manager for MaxOut Strength Studios’ Limerick, PA location.
Effective March 1, Trager will be responsible for implementing a new business development process that will eventually be utilized by each new franchisee as he or she opens across the country. In her new role, Trager will be responsible for testing the new system, working along side MaxOut CEO Jason Griggs and VP/COO Matt Cubbler to evaluate its effectiveness at pivotal stages throughout the process and instituting changes, if necessary.
Trager’s role as interim business development manager will prepare her for her permanent role as director of franchisee training and support for MaxOut Domestic Franchising, LLC. In this position, she will report directly to Cubbler and will be responsible for training the new franchisees on MaxOut’s core business fundamentals: the MaxOut Culture, the MaxOut Strength Training Protocols, Business Operations, and Business Development.

We look forward to seeing her grow with us as a company.”
