New Limerick Hotel Makes Requests to Township
New Hampton Inn asks Limerick Township for relief on signage.

LIMERICK — The township’s zoning hearing board heard arguments for signage relief for an incoming hotel on Linfield-Trappe Road at a recent meeting.
BGN Associates LLC is constructing a hotel and restaurant at a property at 430 Linfield-Trappe Road and went into the zoning hearing May 23 looking for relief to construct three signs for the hotel.

In Limerick, zoning provides for only one sign mounted on a building. That sign must be on a side of a building with frontage to a road.
