Spring City Rapper Jailed

NORRISTOWN – An aspiring Spring City rapper might have to switch to singing “Jailhouse Rock” now that he’s behind bars for harassing two radio show personalities who he wanted to play his hip hop music.
Benjamin Tyrone Russell, 38, of the 100 block of South Main Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to six-to-12 months in the county jail after he pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with his contact with two former radio show personalities at 100.3 The Beat FM, owned by Radio One and located in the Conshohocken section of Whitemarsh.

Firefighters Serving UProv Receive Incentive Payments

Spring-Ford GLax Goalie Commits to Lock Haven
The following comes from PhillyLacrosse.com.
Spring-Ford senior goalie Cassidy Novotny recently signed her National Letter of Intent to play Division II lacrosse at Lock Haven University.
Novotny helped lead the Rams to a District 1 playoff berth. She was named to the Pioneer Athletic Conference first team after posting a .605 save percentage and an 8.26 goals against average.
