Scholarship Fund Launched For Late Spring-Ford Guidance Counselor
A scholarship fund has been launched in memory of Ginny Prevost, a longtime Spring-Ford guidance counselor.

ROYERSFORD, PA — A scholarship fund has been launched in memory of Ginny Prevost, a longtime Spring-Ford guidance counselor.
Prevost, who served Royersford Elementary School for 23 years, was 63-years-old when she passed away in September.
"Mrs. Prevost touched the lives of students, parents, and staff," the Spring-Ford Education Association said in a statement. "She genuinely cared for our students and their families. It was not unusual for students and their family members to stay in touch with Ginny even after they had left (Royersford Elementary School). She was a friend and counselor to staff members as well."

The Association said that Prevost's memory has lived on at Spring-Ford in the form of the "Kind Kids Wall," where students can write kind messages on paper hearts that are then posted up on the wall.
