Spring-Ford Approves 2016-2017 School Calendar

ROYERSFORD, PA – The Spring-Ford Board of School Directors approved the 2016-2017 School Calendar during the February 22, 2016 board meeting. The first day of school will be Monday, August 29, 2016 and the tentative last day of school will be Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

The calendar will have three emergency days built-in, in the event of school cancellations.

If additional days are needed, the following days will be converted into student/teacher school days: November 21, 2016; November 22, 2016; February 20, 2017; March 15, 2017; April 12, 2017; April 13, 2017 and/or April 17, 2017. These days are designated as additional emergency make-up days and there exists a possibility that they may be used.
