Spring-Ford To Induct Two Into Football Wall Of Fame
Two former Spring-Ford stars, from the class of 2000 and class of 2012, will be inducted into the Wall of Fame Saturday.

ROYERSFORD, PA — Two former Spring-Ford football stars, from the class of 2000 and class of 2012, will be inducted into the Wall of Fame Saturday before the home game.
The induction ceremony will take place before the Rams host Boyertown for the homecoming game.
Ross Pennypacker, of the class of 2000, and Andrew Scanlan, of the class of 2012, will both be honored.

Pennypacker, a linebacker, set the Spring-Ford solo tackles record in a season with 92. He went on to play college football at Millersville, where he was named to the All-PSAC East squad.
Scanlan, a wide receiver and defensive back, set Spring-Ford records with 97 career receptions, 1,656 receiving yards, and 20 touchdowns. He played football on a full scholarship at Northwestern University.

The game Saturday begins at 2 p.m. The ceremony will take place before that.
