I work really hard to keep the front of my house nice, but my neighbors have old tires, boxes and trash on theirs.  Even though it's their property, can't the borough do anything?  I know when we had a portable dumpster on our property when rehabbing our home someone complained and we got a letter saying it had to be moved.
