Woman Who Shot Neighbor, Herself In East Vincent Dies: DA
Police have identified the 49-year-old suspect, who they said shot her neighbor before turning the gun on herself.

EAST VINCENT TOWNSHIP, PA — The woman who shot her neighbor several times before setting her apartment on fire and turning the gun on herself died on Tuesday night, authorities said.
The Chester County District Attorney's Office identified the suspect in the East Vincent incident as 49-year-old Anne Konopka.
Konopka was taken to Paoli Hospital, along with the victim, immediately following the shooting. The victim remains hospitalized in unknown condition.

It still remains unclear what led to the shooting, which occurred at around 6:20 a.m. at the Whitehall Apartments, a veterans community on 3795 Schuylkill Road.
