Join Wildlands Conservancy for a hands-on Monarch Tagging &amp; Meadow Exploration. This immersive outdoor experience invites participants to explore vibrant meadow habitats while directly supporting monarch butterfly populations in the Lehigh Valley. Led by our Senior Restoration Ecologist and a Wildlands Environmental Educator, this program connects participants to Wildlands’ mission to protect natural landscapes while fostering environmental stewardship through science, discovery, and exploration. 
 
Program Highlights: 
 
Monarch Tagging as Citizen Science: 
Under the expert guidance of our Environmental Educator, participants will learn how to carefully capture and tag monarch butterflies as they prepare for their migration to Mexico. By contributing to this important citizen science project, you’ll help track monarch populations and support international efforts to monitor their migration and survival. 
 
Guided Meadow Exploration: 
Participants will explore a native meadow habitat and learn about the plants, pollinators, and ecological relationships that support monarchs and other wildlife. Discover how these rich ecosystems function, identify native species, and gain a deeper understanding of the critical role meadows play in sustaining biodiversity. Nets will be provided. 
 
Perfect for: 
Nature enthusiasts, families, educators, and anyone interested in butterflies, pollinators, and the beauty of meadow ecosystems. Recommended for adults and children 10 and up.

This program is offered free of charge through funding from Lehigh County.

our exclusive farm-to-table dining experience overlooking the rolling fields at "The Barn," St. Luke's Anderson Campus Conference Center. This special evening celebrates local flavor, conservation, and community—all in support of Wildlands’ mission to protect and restore the Lehigh Valley’s natural spaces. 
 
Guests will enjoy a cocktail-hour featuring live music and remarks, all leading into our deluxe multi-course, chef-crafted meal by Roots Catering
celebrating the bounty of our local farms, featuring fresh dishes and delectable desserts crafted by talented chefs on site and selections of locally produced beer and wine. Take a seat nestled in a scenic horizon of flowers, farm fields, and open sky as you join us for an unforgettable dinner experience which connects the bounty of our land with the cause that protects it.

An Important Note: 
- Parking/Shuttling: 2200 St Luke's Blvd., Easton, PA 18045
- On Arrival, Parking, and Shuttling: Wine &amp; Dine guests will be escorted by shuttle from the Specialty Medical Pavilion lot to "The Barn," a scenic and exclusive dining location.
- Guest Parking: will be provided at the Specialty Medical Pavilion at St. Luke’s Anderson Campus, which will remain closed to the public throughout the event.
- Shuttle Arrival Times: the first shuttle will depart at 3:30 and the second shuttle will depart at 4:00- please make sure to arrive in time and follow the Wildlands signage to where folks are gathering.
- Accessibility Parking: For folks with accessibility needs, Wildlands and St. Lukes have allocated ADA Accessible Parking directly on site at The Barn. is part of a monthly series designed for children ages 3-5 and their grown-ups. 
This month: Stretch, flex and take a breath! It’s time for animal inspired yoga, with some of our education animal ambassadors and outdoor play. Each participant encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket. 
Programs are free thanks to funding from Lehigh County.

Discover the hidden world of Pennsylvania’s most elusive mammals and take part in real conservation science. Join Wildlands Conservancy at Maple Tract Preserve as we assist with a multi-year effort to study weasels and other rarely seen small mammals using remote wildlife cameras. 
During this hands-on field program, participants will help set up wildlife camera traps, learn how researchers monitor secretive species, and explore why small mammal conservation matters to healthy ecosystems. Along the way, we’ll hike through forests, wetlands, and rocky terrain while searching for signs of wildlife and discussing habitat needs and animal behavior.&nbsp;&nbsp;This program is ideal for adults and older youth interested in ecology, habitat management, conservation science, and responsible outdoor recreation. 
 
Participants should be prepared to hike 1–3 miles over moderate, uneven terrain that may include rocks, roots, mud, and wet areas.
