PT Cruiser Drives Off after Lower Mac Hit-and-Run, Police Say
Other driver, operating Kenworth truck, not hurt in Friday night mishap.

A silver Chrysler PT Cruiser slammed into a Kenworth truck Friday night in Lower Macungie Township and kept going after the crash, police said.
The incident occurred around 8:05pm at Brookside Road and Walnut Street, state police at Fogelsville said.
The PT Cruiser, which was on Walnut, did not stop or yield and hit the truck's right rear tire. The rig was on Brookside. After the crash, the PT cruiser drove off on Brookside.
Police identified the rig's driver as Pablo Morales-Melendez, 31, listed only as a Pennsylvania resident. He was not hurt. It was not known if the PT Cruiser driver was hurt, police said.
The PT Cruiser driver will be cited for violating the traffic law "stop signs and yield signs."
