The Huntingdon Valley/Southampton Rotary Club will meet on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at Bertucci’s Restaurant, 2190 County Line Rd., Huntingdon Valley, Pa., 19006.
David Rowland, President of the Old York Road Historical Society will be the guest speaker discussing Willow Grove Park, which is currently a shopping mall and in its past life was an amusement park. The Old York Road Historical Society was founded in 1936 to study and preserve the history and folklore of the communities along and adjacent to Old York Road from Philadelphia to New Hope.
