Ex-Cop Facing Murder Charges Stalked Montco Girlfriend: Report

A former Delaware County police officer who is facing murder charges in the killing of his ex-girlfriend has pleaded guilty to stalking a different girlfriend in Montgomery County, according to a Delaware County Times report.
Stephen Rozniakowski, 33, or Norwood, allegedly would not let his former girlfriend “have peace,” the report states.
“He called her repeatedly, all hours of the day and night. He texted her incessantly. He would not take ‘No’ for an answer,” Assistant District Attorney Brianna Ringwood said, according to the report.

Rozniakowski was sentenced to 10 months in prison, and still faces trial for murder in the shooting death of Valerie Morrow, a lover who was married, the report states.
