Montco Woman, Trespassing At Business, Charged With Aggravated Assault: Police

Police said she attempted to cause "severe bodily injury" during the incident.

LOWER MORELAND, PA — A Lower Moreland woman has been arrested after police said she attempted to cause severe bodily injury to another person while trespassing at a business, recently.

The incident occurred on Aug. 10 on the 300 block of Red Lion Road.

A woman, Dawn Ann Duboski, 49, would not leave the business, police said.

When police arrived, they determined that she "violated the rules of the establishment," though specifics remained very vague. It remains unclear what led to the incident.

Duboski's attack on another person led to charges of aggravated assault and defiant trespassing.

Officers took her into custody at the scene. She resisted arrested.

She was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
