LOWER MORELAND, PA — A loose and potentially aggressive peacock remains on the run in Montgomery County Monday after escaping last week.

Police said the peacock escaped from its home near the area of Frederick Road and Robert Road last Thursday.

The peacock "can/may" become aggressive during this time of year," police warned, as April is the peak of its mating season.
