A variety of topics around our area this week.

We mixed it up across our region’s Patches for Readers’ Choice this past week.  Here’s what we asked about and what Patch readers decided.

Readers in Upper Southampton were  for kids with the library and community center.

Newtown users took on the same question and it produced quite a battle. . In the end, the ever-expanding Newtown Athletic Club emerged on top with 54% of the vote. User Liz G. recognized the appeal of the NAC, but supported second-place Transcend Fitness: “For some people, bigger is not always better. While I can understand the appeal of the wide variety at the NAC, I have to say that the few times I tried it, I felt overwhelmed. I prefer Transcend because of its sense of community. “
