'Suspicious' Montco Man Had Stolen Firearm, Drugs: Police

A 911 call for a "suspicious person" led to the arrest, police said.

LOWER MORELAND, PA β€” A Montgomery County man stopped by police for suspicious behavior was found with a stolen firearm and drugs, authorities said.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, Jan. 28 on the 2600 block of Huntingdon Pike in Lower Moreland.

Passerby called 911 to report Kelvin Lee, 40, who was found standing near his vehicle, police said.

When officers arrived, they found drugs and the stolen weapon his person, according to officials.

Lee was also not permitted to carry firearms due to prior violations.

He was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility on multiple charges. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
