Both had been left unlocked, police said.

One of the vehicles was later recovered in Philadelphia.

This comes just two days after several unlocked vehicles were broken into and ransacked on Aug. 19. Suspects entered vehicles on Jode Road, Buckwalter Road, and Lawrence Road and stole various items and cash, police said. They also stole one car, a 2010 Nissan Maxima bearing Pennsylvania registration JGF1534, from a driveway on the 900 block of Jode Road, Lower Providence Police said.

It's not known if the same suspects are behind the two incidents.

Surveillance footage of the Friday incidents was shared by police on Monday. If you can assist in identifying the suspects, please call LPPD at 610-539-5901.

Police urge residents to lock their car doors and bring their keys inside their homes, even if they park in a garage.
