3 Busted For Obtaining, Sharing Child Porn In Montgomery Co: DA
Altogether, the trio had hundreds of pornographic images and videos depicting children under the age of 13, police said.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Three child porn suspects were arrested across Montgomery County in recent days, the District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday. The crimes were unrelated, authorities said.
Galdion De La Cruz, 32, of West Norriton, Aaron Domsky, 19, of the Dresher section of Upper Dublin, and Jacob Mitchell, 20, of Pottstown, all face numerous charges related to possessing and distributing child porn.
An investigation into De La Cruz began back on June 25, when county officials received a tip from Facebook regarding five videos containing bestiality, the District Attorney's Office said. One of them involved an underaged girl.

The Facebook account was traced to De La Cruz's house, where detectives found 18 images and one video of child porn involving children under age 13, police said. He was arrested Aug. 20.
Domsky came on authorities' radar on June 16, after a Dropbox account connected to him uploaded three videos of a 12-year-old girl undressing and posing in sexual positions, the DA said.

During one of the videos, the girl says she "does not want to do this," police said. A total of 121 more files of child pornography were found when a search warrant was executed, and police took Domsky into custody at his Dresher home on Aug. 5.
Mitchell, meanwhile, had his activity reported by Google to local authorities when they noted 20 suspicious videos and photos on his account, the DA said. An investigation found 87 more image files on his computer, according to police.
De La Cruz did not make $50,000 bail and was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. Domsky made his $50,000 bail and was released. Mitchell was also released on $25,000 bail.
Preliminary hearings are forthcoming.
