Voters are looking for candidates who are dedicated to the concerns of residents, and who can bring professionalism, expertise and transparency to their government. I have known Preston for many years, and he possesses all of these qualities. This is his first foray into elected office, and he would be an excellent addition to the governing body of Lower Providence Township.

As Supervisor, Luitweiler would bring to Lower Providence:
· understanding of infrastructure
· passion for the environment
· commitment to transparency in land use decisions
Infrastructure has presented challenges in Lower Providence, like the Arcola Road Bridge and the sewer interceptor. Thoughtful advance planning can improve the quality of life and the business climate.
Lower Providence has faced environmental challenges, from Moyers Landfill and Superior Tube to new requirements for stormwater management. As the first home of John James Audubon in North America, Lower Providence should stand out as a leader in environmental protection and sustainability.
Land use decisions affect the environment, taxes, schools, traffic, aesthetics, and overall quality of life in our community. Land use planning and decisions should be deliberative, intelligent, fair, and transparent.
