Turtle and Jackson have each been decorated for their service to Lower Providence. They were formally recognized together during the same Board of Supervisors meeting back in 2016, in acknowledgement of 30 and 15 years of service, respectively. Each have received numerous citations during their careers for their outstanding work in law enforcement.
Jackson also partook in a unique partnership with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office that aimed to rehabilitate young adults arrested for non-violent, minor drug possession.
