100 Child Pornography Images Seized From Lower Bucks Man: Police

A 78-year-old Langhorne man was charged Friday by Lower Southampton Police with child pornography possession.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TWP, PA —A Lower Bucks County man is in custody after his arrest Friday on child pornography possession, authorities said.

Paul Kerr, 78, of Langhorne, was charged with child pornography possession and criminal use of a communications facility and arraigned on Friday, the Lower Southampton Township Police Department said.

Police said they received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children on Jan. 2.

The tip was investigated and Kerr was identified as a suspect, police said.

Police said a search warrant was executed at Kerr's home and electronics were seized from the property.

A forensic analysis of the seized devices demonstrated that Kerr had more than 100 images depicting child pornography.
