3-Vehicle Crash On Street Road Under Investigation
Fire crews and police responded to the crash in front of the Acme in Lower Southampton Township on Wednesday.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A three-vehicle crash on Street Road during rush hour Wednesday night is under investigation, fire officials said.
The Feasterville Fire Company was dispatched just after 8 p.m. Wednesday for an accident in front of the Acme Shopping Center.
Crews went into service to provide initial stabilization and perform a door pop on a driver requiring extrication. Engine 1-2 had a crew staffing the station tonight and was en route to the call within one minute.

Within two minutes, Trevose Fire Company Station 4/84 Rescue 4 and shortly after Lower Southampton Fire Department No.1 Rescue 6 arrived to continue extrication procedures and extricate the patient from the vehicle.
Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad Medic 114 treated and transported the driver, but injuries were unknown at this time and the crash is under investigation by the Lower Southampton Police Department.

"Thanks to Station 6 Fire Police and mutual aid companies for their swift response completing the extrication in 7 minutes with a door pop and roof removal," the fire department said.
The Lower Southampton Fire Department along with the Trevose Fire Company Station 4/84, Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad, and the Lower Southampton Police Department responded to the crash.
