4 Bucks County Police Departments Investigate Alleged Child Porn Producer
Norman Ridgeway, 26, has been indicted for producing and distributing child pornography after an investigation by the FBI and local police.

A 26-year-old Croydon man has been indicted for producing and distributing child pornography, United States Attorney Zane David Memeger has announced.
Norman Ridgeway has also been charged with one count each of obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence.
The case was investigated by the FBI, with assistance from the Bensalem Township Police Department, the Warminster Township Police Department, the Middletown Township Police Department and the Bristol Township Police Department.

According to a report by the Bucks County Courier Times, Ridgeway admitted to authorities that he photographed and fondled a 3-year-old child.
The indictment alleges that Ridgeway tried to conceal evidence and destroy the illegal images by resetting his smartphone to factory settings. Ridgeway also allegedly made a telephone call in which he instructed another person to destroy an SD memory card he kept in his wallet which contained child pornography.

If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, with a maximum possible sentence of 100 years in prison, a possible fine, three years of supervised release, and a $700 special assessment.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney James A. Petkun.
