A Bucks County judge on Friday lowered the bail for a mother who allegedly gave her child to a Lower Southampton man.

The bail for Savilla Stoltzfus has been decreased to 10 percent of $250,000 — down from 10 percent of $1 million, according to 6ABC.

Despite the reduction, Stoltzfus has not yet made bail. Her lawyer told the news network his client has "very limited financial resources."

Stoltzfus and her husband are charged with child endangerment after authorities say they gave their teenaged daughter to 51-year-old Lee Kaplan. The daughter, now 18, went on to have two children with the man.

Kaplan was arrested by Lower Southampton police in June on numerous charges after authorities located 12 female children in his Old Street Road home. Kaplan has been charged with eight felonies, including two counts of statutory sexual assault, two counts of unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of aggravated indecent assault and two counts of corruption of minors.

The other children found in the home, aside from the two fathered by Kaplan, all belong to the Lancaster couple.

Bucks County Children and Youth now has custody of the children.
