Burger King Bag Helps Solve Pond Pump Theft: Police
The man stole more than $7,000 worth of pond pumps from a Feasterville store, according to Lower Southampton Police.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A Burger King bag was a key piece of evidence that police say helped solve the theft of more than $7,000 worth of pond pumps from a store in Feasterville.
Maxim Levitskiy, 35, has been charged with theft in the case.
According to Lower Southampton Township Police, Levitskiy stole the pond pumps from a local store over the summer. Police say they used forensic evidence to name Levitskiy as a suspect and that one of the pieces of evidence was a Burger King bag left at the scene.

Police say Levitskiy admitted on two occasions that he stole the pumps. They say they also were able to track down where the stolen goods were taken and sold.
Levitskiy has been arraigned and released pending a trial date.
