Child Pornography Charges Brought Against Feasterville Man Again

Lower Southampton Township Police said a 25-year-old man charged with child pornography last June sent images when he was out on bail.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A man who was out on bail on child pornography charges last summer now has another similar charge against him, police said.

The Lower Southampton Township Police Department said that Justin Daniel Refsnyder, 25, of Feasterville was arrested for child pornography and related offenses last June.

While on bail and awaiting his preliminary hearing, Lower Southampton Police received a CyberTip from Microsoft which indicated that Refsnyder had disseminated explicit images of himself to a minor in March.

An additional felony charge of child pornography possession was filed against Refsnyder on Wednesday.

Refsnyder waived all charges, police said.
