'Creeper' Stealing From Cars In Lower Southampton: Police
Police say "carelessness" contributed to the string of thefts that was reported over the weekend.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — What police are calling carelessness contributed to a string of thefts from vehicles in Lower Southampton in the past few days.
Township police say they received several theft reports over the weekend from vehicle owners in the Buck Road neighborhood between Street and County Line roads. Most of the thefts happened in the owners' driveways during the early-morning hours, police said.
In many cases, the robbers got into vehicles "with little effort" and removed valuables that had been left inside, according to Lower Southampton Police. They are urging residents to remember to lock their vehicles and to not leave valuables inside them.
