Indiands of the Northern Plains

Cree Indian Frank Little Bear will be giving this lecture on the Indians of the Northern Plains. Frank has a doctorate in Native American Cultures and Native American dancing. The lecture will be followed later in the evening by a Native American Social Dancing program.
