End the summer with a BANG!!! This 30 minute INTENSIVE, FUN, ENERGETIC, class is for parent and child to share together. It will definitely be right up there as one of this summer's favorite memories! You will learn and sweat with a fitness dummy targeting upper body, lower body and abs.
No experience is necessary.
If you have sparring/boxing gloves bring them (but not necessary to take the class).
