Feasterville Man Rescued After Collapse At New Hope Construction Site, Reports Say
Thankfully, the 28-year-old has already been released from the hospital.
NEW HOPE, PA — A Feasterville man working at a New Hope construction site was buried in a ditch after a trench collapsed Monday, according to multiple media and scanner reports. The incident happened in the late morning at a construction site on South Main Street.
According to a report by the Bucks County Courier Times, John Curran, 28, of Feasterville, was transported to St. Mary Medical Center, where he was treated and released. Officials told the publication he was trapped in the dirt for 20 minutes before emergency responders were able to free him at the scene.
Curran was working on the construction of the new market slated to open at the former Four Seasons Mall site.
