The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook starting Saturday, saying showers and thunderstorms may produce “heavy rain.”

“Flooding in urban, poor drainage and low lying areas and Saturday and Saturday night” is possible, the Hazardous Weather Outlook says.
