Heroin, Fentanyl, Stolen Gun Seized In Trevose Motel Bust: Police

Police said they recovered 10 bundles of heroin, fentanyl, and a stolen handgun in the Tuesday drug bust at a motel in Trevose.

A drug bust Tuesday at a motel in Trevose resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old man and the recovery of 10 bundles of heroin and other drugs, as well as a stolen handgun, police said.

Drew Wilson, 32, of Philadelphia has been arrested on drug charges after the 2 p.m. bust at a motel on Lincoln Highway, Bensalem police said.

The Bensalem Police Drug Unit, joined by a K-9 unit, conducted the investigation. According to police, in addition to the 10 bundles of heroin, two pounds of marijuana, 0.8 grams of raw fentanyl/heroin, a stolen .357 Sig Sauer semi-automatic handgun, and approximately $1,000 in cash were seized.

Wilson was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and numerous other charges. A woman who was there was questioned and released, police said.

Wilson was arraigned and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $850,000/10 percent bail.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 11, court records show.
