Knife Used In Robbery, Assault In Lower Bucks County

Lower Southampton Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Bensalem Township man regarding the incident last Thursday.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Bensalem Township man wanted in a robbery and assault last Thursday.

The Lower Southampton Township Police Department said Shane Ryan Black of Bensalem made numerous terroristic threats and was armed with a knife during an assault and robbery on the 2300 block of Brownsville Road on May 9.

Police issued the arrest warrant in charging the 30-year-old Black with robbery, simple assault, and making terroristic threats.

During the robbery/assault, Black fled with the victim’s stolen property before the police department's arrival.

Police said Black is the owner/operator of a black 2016 Ford F-150 displaying PA registration ZPK9633.

Police are informing residents not to approach or confront Black if they encounter him or see his vehicle, but to report the location to police.
