Lottery Ticket Thief Is A Winner ... For Now: Police
Police say the woman managed to cash in some winners before they were deactivated. But surveillance cameras captured her image when she did.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Lower Southampton say a lottery ticket thief came out a winner after snatching up some illicit tickets. Now, they're hoping to put an end to her run of good luck.
On Tuesday, Lower Southampton Police released a photo of the woman, who they say stole scratch-off lottery tickets from the "Scratch and Scram" post at County Farms. While lottery officials deactivate tickets when they are stolen, police say they apparently didn't act quickly enough in this case.
The woman was able to cash in some winning tickets from her illicit haul. But, when she did, surveillance cameras captured the image of her that police were sharing on Tuesday.
