Man Charged In Lower Southampton Motorcycle Theft
A 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a motorcycle theft last fall in Lower Southampton, police announced.

A man has been arrested in connection with a motorcycle theft last fall in Lower Southampton, police announced.
According to police Vincent Benene, 46, of Philadelphia is charged with theft after he took a motorcycle for a test ride on Nov. 11, 2017 and never returned it to the owner.
Police had issued an arrest warrant for Benene following the theft. In late April, local police were notified he was in custody at the Philadelphia Correctional Facility.

Benene was released from the Philadelphia Correctional Facility on May 16 and turned over to Lower Southampton Township Police on the active arrest warrant.
Benene was processed and arraigned. His bail was set at 10 percent of $40,000. He is at the Bucks County Correctional Facility pending a court date, police said.
