Man Jailed For Seeking Sex With Girl, 13, In Lower Southampton
Lower Southampton Township Police said a Bensalem man was arrested Thursday for sending inappropriate messages to the girl.
LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A Bensalem man who police were seeking for seeking sex with a 13-year-old girl has been apprehended.
The Lower Southampton Township Police Department said that Lawrence W. Kramer, 65, of Bensalem is now in custody after he was arrested Thursday with the assistance of the Bucks County Sheriff's Department.
Kramer faces charges for the corruption of minors and harassment.

He was arraigned, his bail was set, and Kramer was taken to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await a court date.
Lower Southampton Township Police said that on Nov. 10 officers received a report of a 13-year-old girl being sent inappropriate messages on Facebook Messenger.

Investigators obtained copies of the messages, and through their investigation identified the suspect as Kramer.
Police said Kramer messaged the girl, soliciting nude photos and sexual acts.
He initially cooperated with Detectives, however, has since refused to turn himself in after being notified of the arrest warrant.
