Man Rammed Truck Into Car After Fight At Trevose Wawa: Cops
Lower Southampton Police say the man rammed his truck into another person's car following a fight at a Trevose Wawa, then fled.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A 39-year-old Warminster man has been charged with aggravated assault by motor vehicle after police say he rammed his truck into another person's car following a fight at a Trevose Wawa.
According to police, an arrest warrant has been issued for Stephen M. Erb in connection with the Nov. 19 incident at the Wawa at Philmont Avenue and Street Road.
Lower Southampton Police said Erb was involved with a hit-and-run crash after an early-morning dispute at the convenience store. Erb and another man had a verbal dispute around 3 a.m. Erb then got into a pickup truck and followed the victim's car out of the parking lot, ramming the victim from behind as he left the store, police said. The victim's car was damaged as a result.

Erb, driving a maroon Ford F150, then rammed the victim's car a second time at the intersection of Philmont Avenue and East Street Road, resulting in further damage, according to police.
He then fled east along Street Road into Bensalem Township.

Police announced the charges one week after the incident.
