Man Wanted For 9 Retail Thefts Caught In Lower Bucks
Bensalem Police arrested Richard Santana-Aponte, 55, of Philadelphia, on Sunday on Street Road for the thefts at the Feasterville Giant.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A man wanted for nine retail thefts at the Feasterville Giant over two weeks has been caught, police said.
The Lower Southampton Township Police Department said that Richard Santana-Aponte, 55, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody on Sunday.
Police said that Santana-Aponte was spotted driving along Street Road on Sunday.

Bensalem Police conducted a traffic stop and took him into custody without incident, police said.
He was arraigned Before District Justice Daniel Baranoski on the charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property and was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail.

Police said the retail thefts at the Giant on 176 W. Street Road occurred on March 30, April 3, April 4, April 6, April 8, April 9, April 10, April 12, and April 13.
The total value of the thefts is more than $3,700.
