LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — It never pays to be dishonest.
That's a lesson a 53-year-old Spring City man likely learned after police say he picked up a wallet that a shopper at the Giant on Bustleton Pike had dropped, and didn't turn it over to store employees.
