A man was caught on camera pulling out a handgun to break up an altercation in Bucks, but he won't be facing charges for drawing the gun.

The man who was caught on camera pulling out a gun to stop an altercation in Bucks County last week won't be facing charges, according to Action News.
Police in Bensalem said the incident happened Wednesday, Aug. 22 along the 1200 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive.
Action News reports local and county authorities said the man's actions were legal and that he is permitted to carry a firearm.
