Nude Photos, Sex Sought From Girl, 13, In Lower Southampton: Police
Lower Southampton Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 65-year-old Bensalem man.
LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —The Lower Southampton Township Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man who sent inappropriate messages to a 13-year-old girl.
Lawrence W. Kramer, 65, of Bensalem faces charges for the corruption of minors and harassment.
Lower Southampton Township Police said that on Nov. 10 officers received a report of a 13-year-old girl being sent inappropriate messages on Facebook Messenger.

Investigators obtained copies of the messages, and through their investigation identified the suspect as Kramer.
Police said Kramer messaged the girl, soliciting nude photos and sexual acts.

He initially cooperated with Detectives, however, has since refused to turn himself in after being notified of the arrest warrant.
